building shelter and providing relief is what every child of any age needs. you can make a difference.
The pictures are from 1-23-10. The mini-shelters are being built. They feature, full size beds, shelves, wood burning stove, and rug for the floor.
I wanted the families to have a temporary place to call home and feel a sense of humanity. Now each person has come alive again, looking for work and helping others to find a way out. We need to build more mini-shelters.
The project is just starting. My goal is to build 38 more mini-shelters. The cost to build a mini-shelter is $750.00. Lets give the families a warm and secure place to stay for now.
